As anyone knows who frequents Starbucks, the coffee is usually way too hot to drink immediately, so I left it untouched in my cup holder to let it cool. When I went to pick it up, I realized it had been leaking, destroying the contents of other holder which it flowed into.
I went back to Starbucks to at least get another cup of coffee, but they let me refill my thermos with free coffee, free of charge. I've had some bad experiences with Starbucks customer service, but this store makes me believe the company is slowly getting better with policy.
